Complete the form below to extend your warranty.
Enter your certificate number and extension code to proceed. The extension code should have been provided by your installer/supplier.
If you do not enter an email address, the certificate will be sent to the email used during registration.
Enter your certificate number to query and modify certificate information.
You can modify: Name, City, Install Address, Post Code, Email, Telephone, and Installation Company.
All fields are required. After modification, click Save to update and regenerate the certificate.
